I got harass. last Tuesday by the meat department manager his name is Cesar he he was following me by meat of the shelves. He said the store not allowed to open the meat package asked him did you see open meet package he said, I saw you poking the baggage which I was not. He said. I just want to let you know so he was it's standing there, staring at me when I'm buying meet from the shelf so when I ask him, who's your supervisor he said, I am the meet department manager, which I don't know how he got there. I don't know if he's lying or his amanager, .also I got a charge from the cashier for red plum even I didn't buy any red plum I don't know what she got it from and I talked to the store manager regarded the meet department she said yeah okay I'm going to look at the camera and I will talk to him she should move right away and solve the problem see what is going on but instead it all probably she forgot or didn't even bother to talk to the guy so I'm not going to go back buy from this store anymore

Low prices for low quality. Some items on the other hand are way too expensive. So they suck you in with a promo price, but if you buy everything you need you still pay a lot. For the same money one can get better food elsewhere.

I’ve always loved shopping at this store because of the great variety of produce and meats. One of the reasons I especially appreciate the meat department is that when the beef on display is limited, the staff will often check in the back and cut more for me. However, today I had a disappointing experience with a manager regarding my order. I regularly purchase about 10–15 pounds of beef ribs from the meat counter for BBQs, and in the past I’ve been able to request cuts with less fat. Correct me if I’m wrong, but if I’m purchasing beef ribs by the pound, shouldn’t I have some say in which cuts I’m buying? The employee helping me told me I couldn’t choose, even though I was simply asking for cuts that weren’t overly fatty. When I asked to speak with the manager, he told me the same thing. He wasn’t rude, but I explained that since I was buying a large quantity, I’d prefer cuts with more meat rather than mostly fat. His response was that I didn’t get to choose. The ribs were already cut and displayed — I wasn’t asking for special preparation. I simply didn’t want to pay for 3–4 pounds of excess fat that would ultimately be thrown away.

I had such a wonderful experience at Super King Market in Glendale. Carmin was incredibly kind, respectful, patient, and helpful. She truly went above and beyond to help me, and her positive attitude made my day so much better. It’s rare to meet someone so caring and professional. I truly hope her supervisors recognize and appreciate her hard work because employees like her make a big difference. Thank you so much, Carmin, for your kindness and amazing customer service! 💛

I really like shopping here. I would give it a 5 star only if it wasn’t so busy all the time. They have many registers, but it’s always so crowded there. I change my mind. I will give 5 star. It’s not their fault everyone wants to shop there. They have many things and usually fresh that I can’t find in other supermarkets.
